Affiliates who refer people to Personal Best Seminars Level One: Truth Revealed qualify for Cash Commissions when the people they refer purchase any Personal Best Product or Seminar (with the exception of Jay Fiset's Book - Reframe Your Blame: How To Be Personally Accountable ).
You begin accruing cash credit according to the table below, immediately upon referral purchase. Your pay out occurs when you have generated greater than $10,000 in referral sales. Once this occurs you will be paid out for the referral sales that have occurred up until this point and beyond this point, according to the payment schedule.

Your cash is paid out once you have generated a total in referral sales that is in excess of $10,000.
Once that has occurred, you will be paid out for each referral purchase as per the payment schedule, as it occurs.

Affiliates will also receive a commission of $10.00 for each referral that registers for Level One: Truth Revealed using the Affiliate's number as a reference number in the book. Commissionable dollars are paid when the referral completes the entire Level One Course

Commissions for other products or courses are calculated and credited according to the payment schedule when the course fees are paid in full or when a product is purchased.

When an affiliate refers a participant who purchases a Personal Best Seminar or product, that affiliate will be credited for that and all subsequent training purchases made by that participant. When a participant is an aquaintance of two or more affiliates, and these affiliates have all promoted the Personal Best Level One Truth Revealed to the participant, only the affiliate indicated by the participant will receive credit for the referral. The participant's word is final.

Commissions become available approximately 30 days after the participant referred by the affiliate has fully paid for and completed the course.

Should the referral cancel their training and the training costs are refunded for any reason, no Cash Commissions will be paid out for that training. This rule applies even when a cancellation fee has been retained by Personal Best Seminars or for products supplied with the training, and/or administrative charges.

All affiliates must conduct themselves with integrity at all times when promoting Personal Best Seminars, the products and programs. Personal Best Seminars Inc. reserves the right to revoke affiliate status should the affiliate be considered to have abused the integrity of the Personal Best Seminars company.

The affiliate will limit its marketing and promotional materials to those supplied or purchased from Personal Best Seminars. All materials supplied by Personal Best Seminars are copyright protected and cannot be duplicated without express written permission from Personal Best Seminars. Anything created outside of these materials must be approved by Personal Best Seminars prior to use. This includes, but is not limited to newspaper ads, newsletters, e-mail promotions and audio media.

Affiliates will only be paid on new contacts that are not already in The Personal Best Seminars database and/or linked to another affiliate already. Affiliates will not be permitted to register for seminars under their own affiliate link in order to receive commissions on themselves.

The "Commissions Due" are only payable once the commissionable items have been paid for in full and fulfilled.

Personal Best Seminars will apply every effort to keep its website current and operational. However, technical difficulties may arise from time to time, resulting in temporary service interruptions. Personal Best Seminars will not be held responsible for such interruptions and any subsequent loss of Affiliate commissions.

To be sure an Affiliate's contacts are tracked effectively; contacts must click on the Affiliates web link exactly as provided by Personal Best Seminars. Personal Best Seminars is not responsible for human error or technical difficulties that occur when a person is registering while using the Affiliate link. We shall not be liable to you for failure by you to properly use the Affiliate web link, even if such failure results in the reduction of referral fees due to you under this Agreement.

The Affiliate is responsible for maintaining a current e-mail address via the Affiliate website. Personal Best Seminars will not be responsible for e-mail communications not received by Affiliates.

Personal Best Seminars reserves the right to change any part of this agreement at any time. The Affiliate will be notified by email about any material changes to this agreement at which time the Affiliate may withdraw within two weeks of receiving such notice. Withdrawal must be received in writing by The Personal Best Seminars during which time the previous agreement will be in force.

The Affiliate agrees to abide by the Personal Best Seminars Anti-Spam Policy.

Personal Best Seminars reserves the right to disallow any given person or company into the Affiliate Program, at its sole discretion.

Personal Best Seminars reserves the right to terminate this
agreement at any time, at its sole discretion.

In entering into this agreement, the Affiliate in no way becomes a partner, agent, representative or employee of Personal Best Seminars and may not represent themselves as such.

Only those agreements that have been accepted by Personal Best Seminars will be considered valid and in effect.

Participation in the Affiliate program is de-facto proof of the Affiliate's acceptance of the Affiliate Agreement in its entirety.

Personal Best Seminars Affiliate Program began on February 12th, 2007 and is revised as of March 15th, 2007. This revised affiliate program supersedes any previous online, written or verbal agreements and the terms of this agreement will take precedence over any previous agreements unless a written agreement between Personal Best Seminars and that affiliate is signed by the President or an authorized representative of Personal Best Seminars.
