LIVING F.I.T.T. JUMPSTART WEEKEND
“Basic Training For Optimal Health”
The Living F.I.T.T. Jumpstart Weekend is designed to provide a foundation of knowledge and skills to get you started on your journey towards optimal health and freedom. The intention of the weekend is to launch you on your journey with the confidence, support, knowledge, and clarity to assist you in being committed to self care and creating the results you desire.
We will cover topics such as commitment to self, goal setting, and support. We also introduce one of the fundamental concepts of Personal Best, that being the role of our beliefs, attitudes and behaviors as it pertains to our health and wellness.
Prepare to get active! We will cover the how’s, what’s and why’s of physical activity including strength training, cardiovascular development and flexibility. You will learn the basics of how to set up your own training program and get hands on experience trying a variety of fun and different activities and exercises.
You will also learn how to choose foods that fuel your body for optimal performance. This includes what kinds of foods to eat and when, and how to plan and create meals and snacks that support your lifestyle.
More than shedding fat and gaining muscle mass, Living F.I.T.T. Jumpstart Weekend teaches you how to shed limiting beliefs that are holding you back from gaining and maintaining a healthy body, mind and spirit!
