FLO SIMPSON - Sales Manager
Florence (Flo) Simpson is a compassionate leader who enjoys a challenge and loves working with people. Personal Best Seminars is an excellent place for Flo to pursue both of these… Flo joined the Personal Best Seminars team in October 2007 as the Sales and Coach Manager.
Flo took the Personal Best Level 1 course in September of 2005 and since then completed Levels 2 & 3, The Couples Weekend, Accountability Intensive, received her Jumpstart Coach Certification and most recently completed the Facilitator Development program.
The level one course was a gift from a very dear friend who saw that she was really searching for meaning and growth in her life. This one gift has affected not only Flo but many of her family and friends who followed in her path and became involved with Personal Best Seminars.
By taking the Personal Best courses, Flo came to understand that her life challenges and experiences were actually gifts and lessons from which to grow. The greatest gift being Life itself!. Gratitude for life and being personally accountable has moved Flo from “victim” to “creator”. She learned that anything is possible and achievable!
Managing has always been a passion for Flo. She attended Mount Royal College and excelled in business courses there and was involved with the Student’s Association as Academic Vice President. Most recent, she worked as Operations Manager for both the Calgary and Delta, BC branches of a manufacturing company.
Flo believes deeply in taking care of her whole person (body, mind and soul) and has found that living her life in balance is easier to achieve since taking the Personal Best courses. To take care of her body, Flo loves to keep fit by lifting weights and eating healthy. To care for her mind and her soul, Flo loves to read a variety of books in the self-improvement field and taking challenging courses, in business or personal development.
Flo lives by this: “Security is mostly a superstition; Life is either a Daring Adventure or it is nothing” (Helen Keller)
