JAMIE MCCAMUS - Coaching Faculty
I’ve always been one of those people whom others seek out to help them understand and talk-over what they’re feeling challenged by. So in a sense, I have been coaching most of my life. While my strong intuition allowed me to quickly understand others and see the patterns and results in their lives, when I tuned in on my own channel, I was much less clear, in fact, often a mystery to myself.
The resulting lack of clarity or purpose in my life and the confusion about what I really wanted became increasingly painful and eventually became the motivation for me to get to the heart of the matter – knowing and creating a deep connection with my true self. This burning need has taken me on a journey over the last decade that has allowed me to recognize and replace thinking that no longer serves me, while greatly increasing my personal experience of meaning and connection. It has also provided me with the opportunity to become clear about the purpose of my life and the contribution I am here to make. While I consider myself to be continually growing, coaching others over the past five years has given me the great gift of co-creating growth and connection for others as well as myself.
My strength as a coach is in helping you to access your natural source of personal wisdom - where true knowledge lies. This is the kind of knowing that brings you clarity in place of confusion and a feeling of lightness and momentum where you once felt heavy and stuck. From this clear state of being, you can readily tap into the motivation to take action, to create what you genuinely want more of in your life. That’s because your goal and the motivation behind it is drawn from and affirms your highest self.
Getting to personal authenticity, your true self, is all about connecting with the present, knowing yourself and your genuine motivations, then choosing and acting in alignment with that. I would be honored to have the opportunity to support you in more fully realizing your personal authenticity - your true self.
