Hello, and thank you for being interested in finding out more information about me. My primary goal is to live my personal mission, imperfectly, often inconsistently, and with 100% commitment:

I bring a passion for life and over 10 years of facilitating, training, and coaching experience to my work. My priority is to provide a safe, respectful and productive space for you to find the answers or clarity you want.

My style is to blend bottom-line, will-it-work-in-your-life practicality with compassionate encouragement and a clear vision of each person’s potential. I have been called delightfully irreverent and audacious (really I have it in writing) J and can usually be found with a playful twinkle in my eye. Don’t expect to be able to hide or get away with playing games... but do expect to be supported whole-heartedly towards your highest good! I will kick your butt and I will hold your heart and hand reverently—whichever is needed.

I am also a strategic business growth expert who helps business leaders take their business to the next level of growth and prosperity. Speaker, and author of the ‘Fast Forward Success Series’ and her new eBook ‘How to REALLY Grow a Thriving Coaching Practice’ I know that success in life is equal parts ‘what we actually do’ and ‘our operating context’. I help entrepreneurs deal with any internal limiting beliefs or issues that hinder success, and provides powerful external strategies for creating increased revenue, a supportive business architecture and culture, and renewed passion for the business. The bottom line: Positive Results!

As a life-long learner and adventurer I strive to live “a story life!” Whether it’s being a white water rafting guide for four years, skydiving, being on a national weight-loss documentary, or recently traveling through Central and South America, Greece and Turkey for over 7 months, I refuse to let self- or other-imposed limitations restrict my exploration of the juiciness life has to offer or what I can achieve.

My other myriad passions include volunteering with Inn From the Cold, a shelter program for homeless families for over 13 years, as well as a ridiculous number of hobbies, activities, and home makeover projects! 
I took her Personal Best Courses in 1988 and facilitated Level 2 courses in 1989. For many years my journey took me to other cities to live, other courses to facilitate, and other paths to explore. Knowing the power and value of these courses I have returned to Personal Best to continue my commitment to expansion for myself and all those that I come into contact with.
