I began exploring vibrational healing methods 20 years ago with an in-depth study of Educational Kinesiology. I eventually taught Brain Gym, the basics of this simple and effective process. Since that time I have studied and practiced Therapeutic Touch, Energy Balancing, Touch for Health, Therapeutic Art Methods, Dream Work, Essential Oils and Flower Essences, as well as several other methods for vibrational healing.

 While developing skills in these areas mentioned I also earned a Social Work diploma at Grant McEwan  Community College and I completed a Meditation Certificate Program through the Willpower Institute in Bangkok Thailand.

  A deep understanding of the tremendous value of learning through movement has secured a life long practice in several movement disciplines. I practice TaiChi, QiGong, and I have recently completed a Yoga Apprenticeship Program. I have also practiced Middle Eastern dance for it’s therapeutic benefits as well as for it’s art.

 My explorations to date have brought me to a joint venture involving the co-creating of a Christ Centered Personal Development  / Coaching Program with an emphasis on vibrational healing and energy awareness. The vibrational healing modalities I see developing along with the other work I am now doing are synergistic of the many systems I have worked with over the years as well as ongoing research and experience.

 My strengths as a coach are in the areas of energy awareness from a Christ centered prospective.

 Throughout my life I have had the privilege of working with some of the finest of teachers - Masters in their Art. This tradition has continued into my experience with Personal Best Seminars. Thank-you Rae-Ann for your support and confidence.
