For years, I owned my own business but had no self-confidence, and it showed. I was living from pay cheque to pay cheque and struggled to provide the basic necessities for my family. Finally, I hit rock bottom in my relationship and my business went into bankruptcy. This was a life changing and I began a journey of personal development at Personal Best Seminars.
The transformation that happened was absolutely amazing. My health improved. I lost 20 lbs, I stopped smoking and drinking, I choose to eat healthier foods and I have more body awareness.

In my relationships, I have created a deeper connection with my family and friends, which I did not examine before. I am much more connected with my three wonderful boys and they are able to communicate at a more open and honest level than ever before.

I am a graduate of the Personal Freedom Program and Living FITT and a Certified Jumpstart Coach. I am also a powerful Reiki Master.

I have stepped into my power and love what I am doing. I am living proof that financial stability comes from learning how to create and allow abundance. I have learned how to change a fish into a feast.

Through my programs, I offer tools and systems for my clients to create balance in both their personal and professional lives. I show my clients creative ways to attract more clients and money into their life. I coach my clients to be receptive to all the good and abundance in her life.

I have a way of connecting with my clients that allow them to be open, honest and feel completely safe and supported. My easy-going manner, wacky sense of humour and ability to "go with the flow" allows me to reach my clients in a powerful way that comes from love and promotes acceptance.

I offer great amounts of creativity in a coaching session and enjoy a great challenge. I love working with clients who want to work through their "walls". No "walls" or "challenges" are too tough."
