My name is Martina Sirm and I am the Goddess of Groove, Beauty, Creation, Adventure and Inspiration!!  This is my purpose in life!! 

I enjoy working with women who would like support, ideas and more awareness on ways in which to nurture, reconnect or enhance their sensuality, femininity, creative energy as well as learning to love and accept themselves and their bodies wholly and completely.  Sometimes this means learning to set boundaries and saying no to others around them so that they don’t burn themselves out from the care-taking that they do for so many others in their lives.  And, it could also mean reconnecting with their bodies by moving them in a sensual form of movement such as exotic dancing.  I provide a safe space for women to be able to explore, connect with and rediscover their inner erotic alter ego which may have been hidden away for a while. But trust me, she is there. There exists in every woman a hidden erotic goddess.  She may be buried beneath a business suit, she may be taking care of her children, she may be afraid of full length mirrors or sleeping next to her man who snores like a freight train, but she is there!

I am also the founder, owner and facilitator of my company GoDDess GrOOve. I was a Professional Exotic Dancer for 7 years up until September of 1993.  In 2000, I decided to start my own Exotic Dance Company because I realized that my skills and experience as a dancer along with my knowledge and life experiences could support and empower women on their journey of self-exploration and self-discovery. It has been quite an adventure so far!  I am passionate about providing a space for women to expand their potential using sensual and exotic dance movement, yoga, breath work, creativity, writing, support, sharing and bonding. I find these are powerful tools to encourage women to explore and express their own uniqueness, beauty and sensuality.

Over the last number of years, I have been on my own journey and adventure of self-discovery, self-exploration and healing. I have taken a number of personal growth and dance workshops through the Institute for Contemporary Shamanic Studies, Core Connexion Dance, Peak Potentials and of course, Personal Best Seminars which has been a part of my life since November of 2000. I have also had the privilege and opportunity of being a volunteer and teaming for many of the participants going through PB courses and always learn about myself in the process along with being a part of the support for the Facilitator, participants and the team. I recently finished the Coaching course through Personal Best in 2007 which I thoroughly enjoyed and became certified as a Coach through them!  It has been the first thing in a long time (other than being a dancer) that I realized not only do I have a gift for this, but I also love the process of coaching and supporting others!!  It was challenging at times to go through the process myself, but I learnt so much more about myself on a deeper level which I am very grateful for. 

I am passionate about providing a safe space for clients to learn about themselves and for them to have their own AHA moments. It’s awesome when something clicks with a client and I see them move through their own blocks and move forward in their lives.  Coaching is a very powerful way of supporting people. I also love using the Jumpstart Coaching process with clients who are unfamiliar with Personal Best and also those that are familiar with PB as it can be a great reminder of some core concepts that may have been forgotten over time

GoDDess GrOOve Coaching Price Sheet

Jumpstart Coaching Package

• Includes 3 Sessions (4 to 5 hours of total coaching time) plus on-line audios
• Audios: $147 plus Coaching Hours $150 per session $450 for 3
• Package price: $597 plus GST

Monthly Coaching Packages

• Once a month for 6 months, each session 60-90 min $125 per session
• Package price of $750 plus GST
• Once a month for 12 months, each session 60-90 min $125 per session
• Package price for the year: $1500 plus GST
• The “Quick” Tune-up Package: designed for those that have done the 6 or 12 month program: 3 sessions, each session 60-90 min $125 per session
• Package price: $375 plus GST

The Client must have available Coaching hours with Personal Best and the Coach will contact Personal Best regarding this once the Client and Coach have determined that there will be a working relationship. The Coach will invoice Personal Best directly within 3 days of providing service and Personal Best Seminars will issue payment to the Coach. Client pays and makes payment arrangements for Coaching services with Personal Best directly.
Rates of the Coach will be re-evaluated once a year and may be increased at that time.
