Who is Nancy: For a long period in her life Nancy was 200 pounds heavier than her current incarnation; she was disabled by depression, crippled with arthritis, and mired in the victim experience of abuse.  Doctors agreed she was going to be in a wheelchair by age 40.  Not a single diet provided her with the results she desired. It was self-awareness, self-love, and the accountable perspective on illness that provided the basis for change in her life.  Nancy has now completed a 12 kilometre swimming marathon and competes yearly as part of a triathlon team.  She now has her own business, is healthy and enjoys an abundance of love and support with her primary partner and with her colleagues, family and friends.

Nancy’s Coaching Process: Nancy uses a multitude of techniques in her coaching from body awareness and inner journeying in the physical realm, to cognitive pattern interruption and focused awareness on belief patterns. She utilizes her training in adult education, NLP, and philosophy and provides pattern interrupt techniques.  Nancy can help you to become aware of your own desires; this base of self awareness accesses less than conscious beliefs and will assist you to prepare the space in your life to allow your abundant desires to manifest emotionally, physically, intellectually, and spiritually. She can help you to connect to your own sensuality and sexuality and make that safe and fun.

Nancy brings a vast amount of life experience and study of humanity; this means that she can offer a contextual understanding of experiences outside of her own and offer a creative approach to assist you to create your own life exactly as you desire. She offers to you a fun, practical, results based, supportive, and grounded approach to your life and your own manifestation of your personal best.  Her coaching practice is varied and will be tailored to your specific needs and desires.

1. Healing Touch Coaching – 6 – 12 sessions

Healing Touch combines a coaching program with the physical realm of touch and sensation allowing the body to heal in a way that is ingrained in the cells.  Working on the body’s natural energy centres healing occurs at the cellular level.
