Rae-ann brings to her coaching clients 20 years of experience in the Humanities arena. 

Her educational background includes a BA in Psychology, several Masters Level Social Work courses and Basic Certification in Neuro Linguistic Programming. Her current education and training has been through Personal Best Seminars including Jumpstart Coach Certification and Facilitator Development. Her most recent undertaking to expand her educational skill set is enrollment in a 3 year Shamanic Coaching Certification program through the Institute for Shamanic Medicine. This program is scheduled to conclude in the Spring of 2009.

 Her work experience includes several years working with abused women through the Calgary based Sheriff King Home and Peer Support Services For Abused Women.  She has acted as a trainer and consultant for the HIV Peer Support Program, HIV Edmonton and Living Positive Associations.  Her role at Personal Best Seminars is as a Client Care Specialist and Mentor, and Facilitator of Level One, Two and Three.  She designs and delivers a series of evening Manifestation Seminars and has done development work with corporations like Stantec, Sun Life Financial and is the consultant for the professional soccer team The Saskatoon Accelerators. 

Her approach to coaching is eclectic and focused on providing support in all areas, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.  Her philosophy is pulled from the diverse training and background she has acquired and is grounded in the belief that people intuitively know what they need and often require support and guidance on how to find their way back to their intuitive self.
