Rae-ann Wood-Schatz, the President of Personal Best North is a gifted trainer, facilitator and speaker. Her education, passion and life experience bring her clients, audiences and readers a well-rounded perspective.

Rae-ann graduated from the University of Calgary with a Psychology degree and ran a successful private practice as a therapist for over thirteen years.  She is a certified NLP Practitioner and is certifying as a Shamanic Coach. Her compassion for helping people inspired Rae-ann to become one of the founders and Executive Director of “Peer Support Services or Abused Women“. Today Rae-ann still finds time in her busy life to volunteer on the Board of Directors for Peer Support. She consults for the HIV Peer Support and Living Positive Associations. In additions, Rae-ann enjoys sharing her insights through articles she has written for various publications. Equipping and empowering people for success through Personal Best Seminars is a major component of Rae-ann’s life purpose.
