Sherry is co-owner of Personal Best Seminars in Edmonton. She is a dynamic, powerful and motivational leader and speaker. Her educational and professional backgrounds have been in the fields of teaching and education. Sherry spent ten years in the city of Calgary teaching Junior High Physical Education and Science. Most recently, she spent two years teaching in the Secondary Education Department at the University of Alberta. She has acquired a variety of degrees over the years including a Masters of Education Degree; a Bachelor of Physical Education Degree and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology and Psychology.

Sherry has always considered herself to be student of life. One of her many passions is to continually expand her context of life and living. She does this by way of pursuing a variety of new interests and courses. Among her latest achievements and accomplishments has been becoming a Level 3 facilitator among the Personal Best organization, and becoming a Basic NLP Practitioner. Sherry has also taken a variety of coaching development courses through the Coach Training Institute. Her current passion is extending her abilities in the realm of energy practice and modalities. She has recently become a Rising Star Healing Practitioner and in the next few months will become a Matrix Energetics Practitioner and Past Life Regression Therapist.

Sherry’s purpose in life is to awaken the spirit that resides inside of each person so that they empower themselves to become the makers of their own destiny. She is passionate about inspiring others to live the life of their dreams and believes that anything is possible. Her other passions include spending time with her two young, energetic boys – Spencer and Jeremy. She values family time and time with her husband of six years – Mike. She lives an active lifestyle and enjoys a variety of activities such as running, camping, cycling, and kayaking.

Sherry’s motto to life and living is to live life to the fullest. Everyone has the capacity to live the life of their dreams – sometimes we just need someone to show us the door…the courage to open up the door already lies within us. So open up the door of potential and possibility and just see what shows up! How amazing it is!
